Moving effortlessly from neutrals to abstract prints, Josh Goot’s collection vibed simple, modern elegance. Opening with a long white blazer and matching trousers, it was as if the designer’s influences had been carefully distilled to create a precise yet exciting aesthetic, with natural makeup and hair and no accessories.
The wool dresses mid-show in magnolia and black were broken up with geographic contour lines, which were later simplified into nude and black long sleeve jersey dresses. It was, however, the spatter paint and ink prints that created the most inspiring looks, especially when used to create an androgynous tailored suit.
