Jeremy Laing’s vision for fall was all about comfort, which can be a rare thing at Fashion Week. No skimpy, bare-kneed models at this presentation, as a brown fur bomber jacket with a generous hood engulfed its slim supporter. The lights were so bright at Milk Studios and the fur hood so heavy that one of the attendees commented that the model might fall over.
Earth tones offset by black defined these cozy, wearable pieces as a wonderful foundation for fall. I’ll take a pair of the mottled brown leggings and a pair of the black jersey ones with lace insets, please.
