Saturday night Girls performed an amazing show at Webster Hall, with Dum Dum Girls as opener. My favorite parts of the performance – and there were many – were the flowers that were placed all over the stage for the Girls set, Christopher Owen’s hair, his pleated-khaki-flooded-dad-pants paired with white socks and black shoes, and this amazing crouching thing he does while playing- as a friend aptly said, “I love it when he gets low.” I loved it when he got low.
