Theatre de la Mode and sz series definitely share some common ground. They are both based in East London and both will be launching their 3rd collection in store at No-One on the 17th of September – just in time for London fashion week. Both have also emerged into the fashion world though installation rather than runway.

Chirstopher Kelly of Theatre de La Mode first presented at London Fashion Week A/W 08-9 with a scaled collection presented on bespoke figurines, which garnered attention worldwide. Rebecca Zehr and Anja Schaffner of sz series first presented clothing as part of an exhibition at the gallery KunstLeben in Hamburg, exploring the imagery and presentation of human hair together with the artist Antje Hass.
