It’s all in the name. With the Olympic games beginning tonight, it is only fitting that Opening Ceremony would be the ones to take on the duty of throwing a party to celebrate. And, of course, in typical Opening Ceremony style, they didn’t stop at simply having a party; indeed, the redecorated store — complete with televisions for watching the games — will stay open for 72 straight hours, entertaining patrons with a myriad of Olympic-themed attractions, including yoga, karaoke, dance parties, manicures, ping pong, double-dutch, psychics, tattoos and even an early-morning Scrabble tournament hosted by MTV’s Suchin Pak. If you find yourself overwhelmed by the Olympic-themed festivities and you’ve already finished browsing (and purchasing) the Opening Ceremony Olympic trinkets and Opening Ceremony custom Nike sneakers, you can step outside, where there will be an ice cream truck parked for your enjoyment . Plus, you can always go home for a full-night’s sleep and come back the next day for more.
