Caris is one of Dossier’s most whimsical and prolific bloggers, which is why we’re taking this opportunity to introduce her to the public. An artist by trade, Caris has been blogging for Dossier since last summer, first as our Berlin correspondent and later as an arts and culture writer. Here, she’s interviewed by her favorite 8-year-old (in crayon, no less) on such topics as the relative freedom of the art world, what animals she relates to and whether or not she likes to eat rice.

I think this is the best interview I have ever read. I love all of the drawings!
awesome!
Love this interview. Pretty clever 8 year old. Fabulous drawings.
Arden’s candor should be requisite for any interviewer, nicely done! I would, however, very much like to see a battle royale between Mr. Moody and Spongebob as a Pay-Per-View event, please let me know if this ever comes to pass.
What a lovely, insightful, refreshing approach. Thanks Caris and Arden.
Thanks everybody for the comments, they’re all good. and very funny. Maybe I’ll think about the spongebob vs. mr moody. (interviewer)
This is amazing..
I was thinking… Caris and Arden should interview other people. Perhaps Arden’s questions and drawings would show up better if she used only one side of the paper.
Just a thought.
