Yo La Tengo is touring Europe with The Freewheeling of Yo La Tengo, a crazy acoustic concert “with a copious use of electricity,” wherein the audience is encouraged to interact with the band and request songs. With no set list (but with a good set of jokes), each night ends up wherever the mood of the audience brings it. We saw them in Paris last thursday and it was one of the weirdest and funniest live experience we’ve ever had. Plus there will be an interview with the band to follow soon on the Dossier blog.
