Mast Brothers Chocolate: Leaders of the Chocolate Revolution

Mast Brothers Chocolate will be opening a chocolaterie and laboratory this fall.

Brothers Rick and Michael Mast make their chocolate by hand in Brooklyn using family recipes. They are New York City’s sole bean-to-bar chocolate makers, sourcing the highest quality cacao from Venezuela, Ecuador and Dominican Republic. They only use Fair Trade and Certified Organic farmers, so you can feel good about yourself while you binge.

Their amazing chocolate bars are currently available at the Artists and Fleas market in Williamsburg, Spuyten Duyvil Grocery, Marlow & Sons, Urban Rustic, and Blue Hill Cafe. Yum. See you at the new store when the temperature drops.
